We'd rather show nothing
than lie.
We get that it's frustrating to visit a website without seeing a single price. Here's the reason — and what we offer instead.
Why no average price or "starting from"
A "starting from $12,000" that ends at $38,000 isn't a price — it's bait. We've seen too many. A bespoke kitchen depends on so many variables that an average price would be either false or useless.
We have two options: show a vague number we won't honour, or take 90 minutes to understand your project and give you a real price. We chose the second.
Our commitment
The price signed in the contract is the final price. As long as you don't change your mind, what you pay at the end is exactly what you signed at the start. Overruns from our side are absorbed by us.
If you change something along the way — a material, a finish, a dimension — we provide a written change order with the new cost before continuing. No surprises on the final invoice.
Four variables.
No mystery.
Size and complexity
A 30 sq ft kitchen in a condo and a 200 sq ft U-shaped kitchen in a house aren't comparable. The amount of materials, design time, installation time — everything varies with the space.
Materials and finishes
Melamine, thermoplastic, polyester, solid wood, veneer, lacquer. Quartz, granite, ceramic, dekton. Every choice has a direct cost impact. We present the options transparently — including what's included by default.
Hardware and appliances
Soft-close drawers, corner mechanisms, hidden internal drawers, integrated lighting, built-in appliances. These choices are yours, and we show you exactly what each option adds to the total.
Condition of the existing kitchen
Demolition, electrical or plumbing modifications, structural adjustments: these works are sometimes necessary. We assess them during the consultation and include them in the quote, not after work begins.
Order of magnitude
Without giving precise numbers, here are some benchmarks to help you place yourself. A bespoke kitchen renovation of quality typically represents an investment comparable to:
- For a compact condo kitchen with standard finishes: an investment comparable to an entry-level new car.
- For a family home kitchen with mid-range materials: an investment comparable to a mid-range new car.
- For a large open kitchen with high-end materials, built-in appliances and bespoke finishes: an investment comparable to a high-end new car.
These are orders of magnitude, not commitments. The only real number we'll give you is the one we'll sign together after meeting you.
What we don't do
- We don't cut prices. We're not the cheapest in the market. That's owned.
- We don't quote cold by email. Without seeing your space, it's fiction.
- We don't underbid to win the contract. Better to lose a sale than lose a client.
- We don't change the price after signing. Except for modifications you request, always with a written change order.
The only price that matters,
is yours.
